Return Policy:
All sales are final once the customer has paid for the item. An item can only be exchanged within 14 days from the day of purchase if it was seriously misrepresented. No additional discount will be offered for any exchange items. All clearance items, custom made items or items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for an exchange form and enclose the form with the return package. We do not exchange items without the exchange form. All items must be returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please notify us of the tracking number as soon as you ship out the item. Rakuen does not take any responsibility for uninsured packages that may be damaged or lost during shipping. We always recommend that our customers purchase insurance or use the delivery confirmation service for their items.
